شروط الاستخدام واتفاقية الترخيص

باستخدامك تطبيق HWMNO فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق. يجب أن تكون في سنّ 13 عاماً على الأقل.
1. الحساب
- أنت مسؤول عن دقّة بياناتك وسرّية كلمة مرورك وكل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
- يجب أن تكون في سنّ 13 عاماً فأكثر لإنشاء حساب.
2. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم
تبقى ملكية محتواك لك، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً لعرضه وتوزيعه داخل التطبيق لتشغيل الخدمة. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن محتواك.
سياسة عدم التسامح المطلق (Zero Tolerance):
لا يُسمح إطلاقاً بنشر أي محتوى مسيء أو غير قانوني، ويشمل ذلك — دون حصر — التحرّش والتنمّر، خطاب الكراهية، العنف والتهديد، المحتوى الجنسي أو الإباحي، استغلال أو إيذاء الأطفال، التحريض على إيذاء النفس، الاحتيال والانتحال، التضليل، والتعدّي على الملكية الفكرية. كما يُمنَع أي سلوك مؤذٍ تجاه المستخدمين الآخرين. سنزيل المحتوى المخالف فوراً ونحظر المستخدمين المخالفين نهائياً.
3. الإشراف والإبلاغ
- نطبّق فلترة للمحتوى المسيء قبل النشر وأدوات إبلاغ وحظر متاحة على كل محتوى (منشور، تعليق، رسالة، ملف شخصي).
- نلتزم بمراجعة البلاغات وإزالة المحتوى المخالف واتخاذ الإجراء بحق المخالفين خلال 24 ساعة.
- يمكنك حظر أي مستخدم، والإبلاغ عن أي محتوى، ومراسلتنا على info@hwmno.com.
4. السلوك المحظور
- انتحال هوية الغير، أو جمع بيانات المستخدمين، أو إرسال الرسائل المزعجة (سبام).
- محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرّح به.
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني.
5. الإنهاء
يحقّ لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون، وحدود مسؤوليتنا هي القدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
7. تعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط ونُشعرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك.

By using HWMNO you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old.
1. Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your password, and all activity under your account.
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
2. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content.
Zero-Tolerance Policy:
There is absolutely no tolerance for objectionable or unlawful content, including — without limitation — harassment and bullying, hate speech, violence and threats, sexual or pornographic content, child exploitation or endangerment, promotion of self-harm, fraud and impersonation, misinformation, and intellectual-property infringement. Abusive behavior toward other users is likewise prohibited. We will remove violating content immediately and permanently ban violating users.
3. Moderation & Reporting
- We apply objectionable-content filtering before publication, plus reporting and blocking tools available on every piece of content (post, comment, message, profile).
- We commit to review reports, remove violating content, and act against violators within 24 hours.
- You may block any user, report any content, and contact us at info@hwmno.com.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonation, scraping user data, or sending spam.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app.
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
